Too many solutions for Nigeria Crisis?
The United Nations Development Programme has been working on the resolutions for Nigeria. Nigeria has been going through multiple crisis because of the corrupted government which has conflicted the country's economy and safety.
Terrorists groups such as “Boko Haram” have completely demolished Nigeria's safety all throughout the country, but especially the Northern part of Nigeria.
“9000 fighters are still participating Boko Haram today” - Italy states
Boko Haram's main recruiting grounds have been the many poor Muslim families of the Nigerian North. Solutions from the UNDP focus on solving the terrorist issues in the Northern part of Nigeria.
One of the many corporations being formed for a solution is the Credit group. Credit stands for “Corruption, Reduction through Economic Diversification Infrasture and Training”. There main stand on solving some of the Nigeria Crisis is the advancement of agriculture. Mexico, Germany, Zimbabwe, Japan, and the United Kingdom are some of the countries that are part of the credit act.
These countries plan on spreading diversification between the North and the South due to the differences between these parts of Nigeria. The Northern part of Nigeria deals with lots of safety issues due to Boko Haram; while the Southern part of Nigeria has more resources including oil, which makes them richer than any other part of Nigeria.
Japan has been working on the corruption process of Nigeria’s government, as well as trade, while the United Kingdom is working on the infrastructure and education stance in Nigeria.
Another corporation known as the “International Nigerian Economic and Social Accord”, focuses on the foundation and economic problem of the military and government in Nigeria.
“25 million Nigerians would not be in poverty if there was no corruption”- Italy
This corporation will deal with increasing more educational opportunities for the people in Nigeria as well as the economy by providing wealth distributions.
As of right now there has not been a final resolution as to what will be the number one priority towards the multiple situations Nigeria has been going through.
